  • We determine if professional staging is beneficial

  •  We complete all listing documents and disclosures

Marketing

  • We  begin marketing your home before it hits the market. With direct access to thousands of agents, brokerage databases and direct marketing tools, we will get the word out about your upcoming listing to generate early interest.

  • Every listing receives professional HD photography and videography.

  • We have  floor plans made for your home

  •  We have our sign installed in your yard and lock box set up

  • We promote your home on the MLS, our website & other brokerage websites, and extensively market your listing via multiple social media avenues

  • We respond to buyer inquiries, arrange showings, and hold open houses

STEP 4:

CLOSING

  • We evaluate offers and negotiate the best price & terms
  • During the Subject Removal phase (if applicable), buyers will likely perform an inspection & appraisal of your home, while finalizing their financing terms and reviewing the necessary documents - we ensure all the necessary arrangements are made by working with the buyers agent
  • Once subjects are removed, we coordinate and review closing details, close the sale, and provide copies of all documents to you
