STEP 4:

CLOSING

  • We evaluate offers and negotiate the best price & terms
  • During the Subject Removal phase (if applicable), buyers will likely perform an inspection & appraisal of your home, while finalizing their financing terms and reviewing the necessary documents - we ensure all the necessary arrangements are made by working with the buyers agent
  • Once subjects are removed, we coordinate and review closing details, close the sale, and provide copies of all documents to you
